Energy Audit - An Energy Audit is a flexible solution that provides a full assessment of any company, identifying all areas of energy usage and how it is managed. Specific recommendations are made including where improvements/modifications and savings can be made.

Display Energy Certificates (DEC) - DECs are currently mandatory for public occupiers of large buildings of 1,000m2 or greater (from October 2008). They are focused on actual energy consumption - the way the occupier manages energy and they are based on energy bills or actual meter readings.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) - EPCs are a mandatory certificate for any building being sold or leased (From October 2008 - Energy Performance of Buildings Directive - Certificates and Inspections Regulations 2007). The EPC includes a building assessment that will provide an official efficiency rating.

Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Compliance Certificate - A HVAC Audit will provide a comprehensive invasive investigation to assess the efficiency of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems and will provide recommendations of how to increase efficiency and as a result reduce costs. This service includes the production of a HVAC Compliance Certificate which provides an official efficiency rating for the full HVAC system and is an essential part of the above DEC Certificate.
